Mechanism for the Best Poster Awards

TEN awards are proposed for the Best Poster Awards and THREE for the My Favorite Poster Awards.

Description

 

Judging panel

 

Comprising representatives from the academia, professionals and experts in relevant
fields and sectors is formed to appraise the posters based on a set of agreed criteria.

The TEN candidates with the highest total score will receive "Best Poster Awards".

 

Participants' Online Voting

 

Opinions from participants will be collected by means of online voting from 3rd November 2021 at 8:00 (HKT) to 4 November 2021 at 18:00 (HKT) to identify the THREE winners of the “My Favorite Poster Awards” out of the TEN Best Poster Awards.

The three posters with the highest numbers of the vote will be the winner of the “My Favourite Poster Award”. The three awardees will then be invited to present their winning posters in Symposium IV scheduled on Friday 5th November 2021 at 14:30 to 15:00 Hong Kong local time.

Programme design

 

Whether it is well-planned and well-structured with good parameters to evaluate the outcomes.

 

Creativity and innovation

 

Whether the project is an innovative approach rather than conventional approach with high degree of creativity

 

Impact of project

 

Whether the project has led to changes of public policies and/or service delivery models and/or health status of the population.

 

Layout of the poster

 

Is the format easy to read and interpret, and also the design not only would attract the attention of audience easily but easy to interpret.

 

2. Mechanism of voting by conference participants

    The TEN Best Posters will be displayed online during the conference and all conference participants can vote for their THREE favourite posters. Each participant can vote for not more than three posters through an online platform.
